Job summary

ezyCollect by Sidetrade in Sydney seeks a Pre-Sales & Implementation Specialist to bridge Sales pre-deal and client delivery, translating business needs into concrete technical solutions. You’ll own end-to-end implementations, run tailored product demonstrations, train customers, and gather feedback to improve the platform.

You’ll work with Account Executives and Customer Success across regions to ensure value and adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ERP and accounting software platforms.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Excellent ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in accounts receivable automation or financial software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: translate client needs into clear requirements.
• Implementation: own end-to-end delivery with CS and Product.
• Training and support: run client training sessions and create docs.
• Feedback: relay client insights to Product and CS to improve offerings.
