Job summary

ezyCollect by Sidetrade in Sydney seeks a hands‑on Senior Product Manager to own how we decide what to build and why. You will align with Sales, Customer Success and three engineering squads to translate problems into value-driven priorities, with measurable outcomes.

You will lead discovery, validate problems with customers, and craft clear specs and acceptance criteria to keep delivery moving while driving product quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to discover customer problems and turn them into roadmaps.
• Excellent communication with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Proficiency with analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap across three engineering squads with clear priorities and timelines.
• Lead product discovery by talking with customers and prospects weekly.
• Create a structured Voice of Customer loop for requests and issues.
• Develop a transparent, evidence-based prioritisation framework.
• Turn validated problems into clear specs, user stories and prototypes.
• Keep discovery, UX and QA aligned with delivery and engineering.
• Collaborate with UX and Delivery to clarify requirements and unblock teams.
• Champion product quality with end-user feedback and usability improvements.
• Run weekly roadmap syncs, quarterly planning and Product Council prep.
• Support go-to-market readiness with beta releases and release notes.
