Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a People Experience Operations Partner to own day-to-day HR operations for employees across assigned international locations. You will manage lifecycle processes, country-specific employment documents, changes, leave, and benefits in partnership with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers.

You will work independently while collaborating with the central PX team and U.S.-based peers across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR operations across multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, leave and benefits.
• Strong HR data skills, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Ability to work independently within policies while coordinating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver locally relevant employee experiences across international locations and lifecycle milestones.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with PX partners, IT, Payroll, Legal, and others to ensure documentation and eligibility checks.
• Prepare contracts and amendments using local templates and legal review when needed.
• Maintain HRIS records and reconcile data across systems and providers.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits with internal and external teams.
• Serve as daily contact for employees, managers, and providers; resolve queries and monitor service delivery.
