Shield AI is seeking a People Experience Operations Partner to own day-to-day HR operations for employees in multiple countries. You will manage onboarding, documentation, employee changes, leave and benefits administration, and coordination with payroll, finance, legal, and external providers.

You will work with the PX team and U.S.-based peers across time zones, balancing global practices with local employment requirements to deliver a high-quality employee experience.

Competenze

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR operations across multiple countries.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, leave administration, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.
• Understanding of country-specific employment requirements and when to involve Legal.
• Strong HR systems and data skills with operational reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently within policies and across time zones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sensitive information.
• Demonstrated success improving processes via automation or system changes.

Mansioni

• Deliver consistent, locally relevant employee experience across international locations.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding with PX Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Legal.
• Prepare employment contracts and amendments using local templates.
• Maintain HRIS records, reconcile information across systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, and benefits with internal teams and providers.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for employees and managers, resolve queries and monitor service delivery.
• Support new-country launches with assigned operational workstreams.
• Partner with Global Mobility for immigration, work authorizations, relocations, and transfers.
• Support managers through performance reviews and development programs.
• Maintain process guides and compliance calendars in collaboration with specialist teams.
• Use feedback and reporting to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements within global/local standards.
• Collaborate across countries/time zones with U.S.-based PX team.
