Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in payment operations in financial services.
• Knowledge of domestic and international payment processing (SWIFT MT/MX, Direct Entry, BPAY).
• Experience with maker-checker controls, cut-off times, reconciliation and escalation procedures.
• Understanding of operational risk, AML/CTF, sanctions controls and IFTI reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Process BAU payment and term deposit transactions as maker, ensuring completeness and proper authorisation.
• Support processing and settlement of GFM transactions per procedures and cut‑off times.
• Complete reconciliations, control checklists and transaction monitoring within service levels.
