Job summary

Costa Group is seeking an Accommodation & Recruitment Manager to lead PALM recruitment and manage accommodation across its Australian operations from our Docklands Melbourne office on a 4/1 hybrid arrangement. You will coordinate large-scale workforce mobilisation, oversee lease agreements and vendor relationships, and engage with government agencies and Labour Sending Units.

Qualifications

• Proven project management or operational coordination experience.
• Experience managing commercial agreements, leases, contracts, pricing or vendor relationships.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accommodation compliance, lease arrangements, pricing and approvals across Costa sites.
• Conduct accommodation inspections and site visits while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end PALM Scheme recruitment and mobilisation programs across multiple countries and Costa operations.
• Build strong relationships with Labour Sending Units, government agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate workforce planning, approvals and mobilisation activities to meet seasonal labour demand.
• Travel regularly across Australia and the Pacific to support recruitment, mobilisation and accommodation activities.
