Capital Limited is seeking an Operations Training Manager for Mining and Drilling to design, implement and manage technical and operational training programs, build workforce capability, ensure compliance and support safe and efficient operations. This role ensures alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements and governance while delivering learning across sites.

Qualifications

• TAE40122 is required or equivalent.
• RII40920 and NEBOSH qualifications add credibility for site training and safety.
• Experience with learning technology and digital learning desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and manage training programs to build workforce capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements and maintain governance.
• Lead trainers and assessors across projects/sites and coordinate LMS and digital learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, HSE, HR to identify training needs and remediation actions.
• Report testing status and remediation plans to leadership and the Board/Audit Committee.
