Job summary

Hexagon Mining is seeking an experienced Trainer to join their ANZ team based in Queensland. In this role, you will deliver high-quality training programs focused on Hexagon’s solutions within mining operations.

Your responsibilities include delivering structured training sessions, supporting go-live activities, and providing post-training assistance. You will need strong communication skills and an understanding of mining operational processes. This position involves significant travel to customer sites with some international travel.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field environment, training in mining systems.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions and provide coaching.
• Understanding of mining operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs, both virtually and in person.
• Support system go-live activities with hands-on user training.
• Provide post-training support to ensure system adoption.
