Job summary

MAAP is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our global Operations team at our Port Melbourne HQ. This hands-on role involves coordinating inbound shipments, inventory management, and ensuring timely fulfilment across MAAP's global network.

Work closely with production, planning, e-commerce, wholesale, retail, customer service, finance and logistics partners. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in operations/logistics, and be proficient with ERP/WMS platforms (NetSuite would

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience across operations, inventory management, stock control, logistics, warehousing or 3PL management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and maintain accurate product data in WMS/ERP.
• Track shipments, inventory movements and product availability.
• Be the day-to-day contact for global 3PL partners.
• Monitor 3PL performance, including SLAs, inventory accuracy and processing times.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock adjustments/ transfers.
