Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director to design, govern, and continuously improve a worldwide OH strategy and operating model, including injury and workers’ compensation case management, employee wellness, and IH governance. The role may be US-based with Australia head office option.

Lead global OH governance, engage stakeholders across EHS, HR, Legal, and operations, and drive international programs, early intervention, and data‑driven improvement to protect

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree with focus on Occupational Medicine.
• 10+ years of OH leadership experience in multinational or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of US Injury Management and Workers’ compensation programs.
• Experience leading global workers’ compensation transformation and digital OH systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Occupational Health and Wellness strategy aligned with EHS vision.
• Lead Injury Management and Workers’ Compensation programs across regions to ensure compliant handling and efficient claim resolution.
• Establish global standards, clinical protocols, and IH governance systems.
• Lead global case management including early communication and functional capacity evaluations.
• Govern Australian self‑insurance injury management systems and compliance audits.
• Oversee international Early Intervention programs focusing on rapid triage and injury minimization.
