Job summary

CSL Behring in Broadmeadows, Victoria, seeks an experienced EHS Associate Director to lead the implementation of the EHS and Sustainability strategy across the site. You will partner with Site Leads to drive performance, risk management, and continuous improvement in a GMP environment.

The role provides expert guidance on compliance with Comcare and WHS regulations, develops training, audits, and corrective actions, and fosters a safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplace for the Melbourne

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering or science.
• 10+ years of EHS experience in GMP/biological manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing EHS management systems.
• Proven ability to deliver practical tools and training.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and regulator requirements (Comcare).

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS objectives and action plans at site level.
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement through EHS systems and audits.
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance, permits and licenses.
• Lead risk management processes and critical control programs.
• Provide guidance on Work Health & Safety responsibilities.
• Lead incident investigations and CAPA governance.
• Support cross-functional teams and site managers.
