Electrolux ANZ is seeking an experienced WHS and Wellbeing leader to drive safety strategy, governance and culture across Australia and New Zealand. This senior role ensures the health, safety and wellbeing of our people across offices, distribution centres, and field operations, embedding global standards and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with leaders, lead incident investigations, manage workers' compensation, and deliver safety training, reporting to the ANZ Leadership Team while

Competenze

• Extensive WHS leadership across large, multi-site organisations.
• Deep knowledge of AU/NZ WHS legislation and practical business outcomes.
• Proven experience embedding ISO 45001 systems.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead organisational change.

Mansioni

• Lead the ANZ WHS strategy and governance framework.
• Ensure compliance with AU/NZ WHS legislation and Electrolux standards.
• Own and improve the WHS management system including ISO 45001.
• Lead safety risk management across offices, warehouses, logistics and distribution centres.
• Drive identification and mitigation of physical and psychosocial hazards.
• Act as Site Safety Manager for Mascot facility and lead across national distribution centres.
• Lead incident investigations and regulatory engagements.
• Develop and deliver safety training and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Oversee workers compensation, return-to-work programs and insurance governance.
• Support risk, claims and insurance activities with Finance/HR/Legal.
