Zusammenfassung

CSL is seeking an experienced Health & Injury Management Specialist to join our Health and Injury Management team within EHS. You will provide specialist occupational health, injury management and wellbeing advice and services to help manage workplace health risks, support recovery and return to work, and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace.

Location: Melbourne CBD, Broadmeadows or Tullamarine with travel across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Qualify as a health professional (e.g., OT, PT, Exercise Physiologist, RN, Osteopath or Chiropractor).
• Postgraduate qualification in occupational health management or equivalent.
• Occupational Health First Aid certification.

Aufgaben

• Manage early intervention and injury management, including non-work injuries and complex cases to support return to work.
• Coordinate occupational health surveillance programs (vaccinations, health assessments, audiometry).
• Oversee health surveillance service delivery through external providers.
• Support and implement workplace wellbeing programs and initiatives.
• Lead onsite ergonomics activities (workstation, site and manual handling assessments).
• Support first aid services, including risk assessments, training and auditing.
• Provide emergency injury and illness management and referrals as needed.
• Review injury and health data to identify trends and prevention opportunities.
• Assist EHS projects and audits; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide health and injury management advice to stakeholders and deliver relevant training.
