CSL Behring seeks an experienced Health & Injury Management Specialist to join our EHS team in Melbourne. You’ll provide specialist occupational health, injury management and wellbeing advice, supporting recovery and return-to-work while helping to create a safe workplace.

Location options include Melbourne CBD, Broadmeadows or Tullamarine with travel across sites. A health professional degree and OH qualifications are required, with 5+ years in occupational health desirable.

Formación

• Qualified health professional (OT, physio, exercise physiologist, RN, osteopath or chiropractor).
• Postgraduate qualification in occupational health management or equivalent.
• Occupational Health First Aid certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage early intervention and injury management incl. non-work injuries and complex cases.
• Coordinate occupational health surveillance programs and health assessments.
• Deliver health surveillance services through external providers.
• Support workplace wellbeing programs and review health trends for improvement.
• Oversee onsite ergonomics assessments and manual handling reviews.
• Support first aid services including risk assessments and training.
• Provide emergency injury/illness management and refer when needed.
• Review injury statistics to identify trends and preventative actions.
• Support EHS projects and audit readiness.
• Provide health and injury management advice to stakeholders and deliver related training.
