Job summary

KPay Group in Australia is offering a Product Design Intern – Global Markets to join our Australia Product team and gain hands-on experience designing digital fintech products across multiple markets.

You will work with Product and Design teams, assist in user flows, wireframes, and testing, and learn how research informs design decisions. A pathway to a full-time Product Designer role is possible for high performers.

Qualifications

Currently studying or recently graduated in Design, UX/UI, HCI, Digital Design, or related discipline.
Strong interest in Product Design, UX/UI, and digital products.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Curious, proactive, and comfortable receiving and applying feedback.
A portfolio, university project, or personal project demonstrating your design work.

Responsibilities

Support design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Assist in improving business and customer digital experiences.
Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products.
Work with senior designers to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
Support customer interviews, usability testing, and concept testing.
Gather and organise customer feedback and research insights.
Help translate user insights into practical design improvements.
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers across multiple global markets.
Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product discussions.
Support the product development process from discovery through to launch.
