Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a Product Management Intern in Australia to explore how fintech products are researched, developed, tested, and launched. You will work with Product, Design, Technology, and Business teams on real projects, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to end-to-end product lifecycles.

You will assist in research, requirements, testing, and GTM activities, while developing practical product skills and building a foundation for a potential full-time role.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recent graduate in Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in Product Management, Fintech, Technology, or Digital Products.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and structured communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research & Insights: conduct customer, market, and competitor research.
• Support user research and analyse customer feedback; turn findings into insights.
• Product Development: assist PRDs, requirements, and documentation; participate in UAT.
• Cross-Functional Projects: collaborate with Product, Design, Technology, and Business teams.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Management Intern to join our Australia Product team.

You'll gain hands-on exposure to how fintech products are researched, developed, tested, and launched, working closely with Product, Design, Technology, and Business teams.

This is an opportunity to work on real product initiatives, develop practical product skills, and learn directly from experienced Product professionals.

What You'll Do

Research & Insights

• Conduct customer, market, and competitor research
• Support user research and analyse customer feedback
• Turn research findings into clear insights and recommendations

Product Development

• Support PRDs, product requirements, and documentation
• Participate in UAT and product testing
• Help track product issues, feedback, and improvements
• Support GTM and product launch activities

Cross-Functional Projects

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Technology, and Business teams
• Support improvements to customer experiences and internal processes
• Contribute to ad-hoc product and business projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in Product Management, Fintech, Technology, or Digital Products
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Clear and structured communication skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learnComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Previous internship, university project, research, or relevant experience is a plus
