Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a Product Designer – Global Markets to join its Australia team. You will shape how our products are experienced by businesses worldwide, bringing Australian and Western market perspectives into product decisions while collaborating across global teams.

You’ll contribute to the full product lifecycle, from research and discovery through to launch and optimisation, with responsibilities spanning design, user research, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience designing digital products.
• A strong portfolio showing thinking and problem-solving beyond final screens.
• Strong understanding of Western product conventions and user expectations.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Ability to challenge ideas and communicate your perspective.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end flows and features across KPay’s business and financial products.
• Create intuitive, simple, and visually polished experiences.
• Develop user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring designs to production.
• Own English source experience, including interface copy and terminology.
• Design with localisation and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards in mind.
