Job summary

KPay Group in Australia is seeking a Product Management Analyst to join KPay Australia’s Product team and support the development of innovative payments and financial solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience looking to build a career in Product, Analytics, or Strategy.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to analyze customer needs, generate insights, and support product decisions.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and market insights.
• Analyze product usage and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Build reports and dashboards to track product performance.
• Assist in preparing PRDs and participate in UAT and releases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support go-to-market initiatives and continuous product optimization.
