Kelly+Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage clients, and support growth across offices in Australia, the United States and Ireland. This hands-on role partners with senior leaders to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in professional services, and is comfortable in a founder-led, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Marketing or Business.
• 5+ years hands-on marketing experience, preferably in professional services.
• Experience in founder-led organisations or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Local Area Marketing strategies across Australia, the US, and Ireland.
• Support local offices to grow visibility, engagement, and momentum in their markets.
• Own client communications strategy in HubSpot, including email programs, newsletters, surveys, and automated workflows.
• Own website performance and optimisation, with a focus on clarity, quality, and conversions.
• Lead paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube with a view to sustainable growth.
• Shape and oversee Kelly+Partners’ social media presence across corporate and local pages.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and support content across blogs, podcasts, publications, and campaigns.
• Own marketing performance reporting and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
