Job summary

iMile Delivery is seeking an International Logistics Specialist to coordinate end-to-end international freight, including bookings, customs clearance, line-haul transport and last-mile delivery. You will track shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, airlines and overseas warehouses; monitor performance, maintain records and support supplier management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in international logistics or related field
• Good written and spoken English
• Desirable qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end international logistics activities, including bookings, customs clearance, line-haul transportation and last-mile delivery
• Track shipments and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and service quality
• Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines/shipping lines, customs brokers, overseas warehouses and logistics partners
• Proactively monitor shipment exceptions, delays and operational issues and resolve them with relevant parties
• Monitor logistics performance across transit times, costs and service levels
• Support logistics supplier management, including performance tracking and service reviews
• Maintain accurate shipment records, operational data and relevant documentation
• Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
