GEODIS in Sydney seeks an Order Management professional to coordinate shipments, manage order data in EDI and Cargowise, and liaise with overseas offices and carriers. The role focuses on KPI-driven performance, exception handling, and proactive communication with customers.

You will develop analytical reports and dashboards to support commercial and operational decisions, while ensuring data integrity and pricing accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive industry knowledge is required.
• Experience analysing data and identifying trends and improvements.
• Experience preparing analytical reports and dashboards.
• Review information quality and KPI-based improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced presentation skills.
• Extensive Cargowise experience and familiarity with EDI systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret and coordinate shipment orders within KPIs and shipping windows.
• Enter and maintain order information in EDI and Cargowise for processing.
• Monitor orders with overseas offices and agents to identify delays and actions.
• Prepare shipping instructions and information requirements for overseas teams.
• Coordinate information with lines, offices, agents, carriers and customers.
• Analyse shipment exceptions and communicate delays and actions to customers.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and management briefings to support decisions.
• Review data integrity in EDI, Cargowise and customer systems.
• Evaluate service improvements against KPIs and report outcomes.
• Maintain pricing and masterfile information for consistent outcomes.
• Prepare quotations with KAM approval and support Buyers Consolidations.
• Investigate constraints and recommend practical actions for shipments.
• Develop and interpret customer reports for service monitoring and reviews.
• Monitor container allocations and coordinate with orders and priorities.
• Manage multiple information and priorities within service timeframes.
• Participate in customer visits to gather feedback and opportunities.
• Provide information for QBRs and customer presentations.
