Peek Talent Ltd is currently engaged to source a Key Account Manager for an International Freight Forwarder based near the CBD in Victoria. You will manage and grow key client accounts, developing strong relationships and delivering best-in-class logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Responsibilities

• Place freight with shipping lines & overseas agents.
• Search market for best rates, space & transit times.
• Coordinate with customer service on delays to ETAs.
• Liaise with transport companies on tariffs and quotes.
• Engage clients and prospects; convert enquiries to business.
• Quoting and following up quotes uploaded in Salesforce.
• Update Salesforce CRM with quotes and sales activity.
• Ensure Track & Tracing is in place for clients.
