Job summary

SITA in Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced, globally distributed team. You will track activities, draft planning documents, and ensure smooth handoffs and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and collaboration across IT and airline solutions teams are essential. Ideal candidates have a basic understanding of project management, clear communication in a virtual environment, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• Business or Administrative degree or equivalent experience.
• Ideally participated in formal project management training.
• Experience in IT solutions or airline industry context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project team members in tracking activities and deliverables to completion.
• Assist in tracking project activities to maintain visibility.
• Support transition to the support phase and ensure documentation is available.
• Assist with governance and oversight of project financials and expenses.
• Prepare monthly project financial reports to protect profit margins.
• Coordinate communications and reporting on project status.
