Job summary

SGS is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives for a global Occupational Health and Safety organization. The role requires translating business needs into actionable plans and delivering results with geographically distributed teams.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of initiatives, facilitate Agile planning, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

7+ years of project, program, or product management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Formal project management experience or proven success delivering enterprise-scale projects.
Strong experience with Agile planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and portfolio prioritization.
Experience guiding technology, process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and prioritization across seven global OHS groups.
Manage a portfolio of technology, process improvement, automation, and AI-related projects.
Evaluate initiatives based on value, risk, feasibility, data sensitivity, resources, and impact.
Lead discussions to establish project merit, priority, scope, and approval.
Drive projects from concept through implementation and operations support.
Identify AI opportunities to simplify work and improve processes.
