Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term engagement to drive end-to-end delivery of complex product solutions, including software, hardware, and system integration. You will lead multiple concurrent workstreams and mentor other Project Managers in a dynamic transformation environment.

Working with the Business Delivery Director, you will track status, navigate ambiguity, and mitigate risks to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with delivery of product-based customer solutions including software, hardware and integration.
• Experience leading multiple work streams across large programs and mentoring Project Managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple project streams and lead a team of Project Managers across workstreams.
• Engage diverse stakeholders; provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Develop project charters, integrated plans, resource plans, contingency plans, and milestones.
• Assess high-priority risks and resolve issues balancing impact, cost, urgency, and value.
• Ensure projects meet business case targets and success parameters.
