Transaction Network Services (TNS) Adelaide is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support global TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks, ensuring stability and availability of core infrastructure and Financial Markets services. You will resolve complex IP routing issues, coordinate with vendors, and participate in a 24x7 IP Desk team.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Arista/Juniper devices, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication with customers.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networking protocols.
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Arista and Juniper routers/switches.

Responsabilidades

Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN and MPLS networks, including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS.
Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista and Juniper devices.
Vendor engagement with Cisco and Juniper TAC for escalation.
Second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
Coordinate network maintenance and change management activities.
Provide on-call escalation support on a rotating basis.
Ensure project handover to NOC and incident management with minimal service impact.
