Job summary

Arsenault seeks an IT professional to assist in the administration and engineering of network technologies, including Cisco switches (Catalyst & Nexus), routers (ASR & ISR), firewalls (Palo Alto), Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI, ClearPass and Viptela.

The role involves supporting the installation, maintenance and monitoring of the companys LAN, WAN, wireless, Internet and Intranet networks, and ensuring security and stability of assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco security gear and network policies.
• Experience with VPNs and Prisma Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and engineering of network technologies.
• Install, maintain, and monitor LAN/WAN, wireless, Internet and Intranet networks.
• Handle change management, incident remediation, and on-call support.
• Document processes, policies, diagrams, and floor plans.
• Collaborate with IT management and vendors.
• On-call duties outside normal business hours.
