Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a highly skilled Field Support/Network Engineer to support global TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks across the Financial Markets infrastructure. You will troubleshoot complex IP routing and coordinate with Cisco/Juniper TAC for escalation, while maintaining tickets and ensuring high availability.

This customer-facing role requires solid technical understanding of networks, data centers, and market data systems, with a willingness to work in a 24x7

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with global TCP/IP, VPN, and MPLS networks.
• Hands-on configuration of Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers and switches.
• Experience with NOC environments and incident management.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• Finance industry support experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor event management systems and inbound communications.
• Raise incident tickets and perform initial triage.
• Coordinate with NOC engineers to resolve incidents.
• Provide 24x7 IP Desk coverage on a rotation.
• Perform change management activities and after-hours support.
• Liaise with vendors (Cisco, Juniper) for escalations.
