Job summary

The Internal Communications team within Macquarie Asset Management shapes and delivers strategic communications for colleagues across our global business. This role supports delivery across channels, campaigns and events, using insights to improve effectiveness.

You will work with a global team, manage platforms such as intranets and emails, and collaborate with regional teams and senior stakeholders to drive engaging, timely communications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in internal communications or related field.
• Strong writing, editing and multimedia content creation skills.
• Experience administering intranets, email platforms and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and senior stakeholders.
