At a pivotal point in our transformation journey, and with strong leadership backing, we are building a digitally enabled, scalable and future-ready People and Culture function across our global organisation. You’ll join the Strategy, Governance & Change team at the centre of this transformation, and work alongside Corporate Affairs, connecting strategy to execution through clear internal communications and engagement initiatives that help people understand and adopt change.

You will work with a team of communications and change professionals to support the delivery of internal communications and engagement strategies that enable successful transformation and change initiatives across People and Culture. You will work closely with subject matter experts to turn transformation priorities and operating model changes into clear, engaging and audience-focused communications. You will have the opportunity to create content across multiple channels and use insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie’s businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management. Comprising two pillars – Financial Management, and People and Engagement – it is responsible for managing the Group’s financial, tax and treasury activities and strategic priorities, fostering our culture through people and community engagement strategies, and engaging with stakeholders to protect and promote Macquarie’s reputation globally.
