Job summary

Macquarie Group, a global financial services leader, seeks an engagement specialist and employee experience curator to deliver a broad range of engagement, experience and communications initiatives across the Corporate Operations Group and Macquarie globally. You will partner with senior managers and product/service owners, delivering programs and hands-on events.

You’ll leverage data, AI and technology to enhance innovation, output and efficiency in employee communications and culture

Qualifications

• Experience in producing impactful content (written and visual)
• Ability to leverage data, AI and technology to enhance communications
• Experience shaping employee experiences in tech/tools/workspace

Responsibilities

• Deliver employee engagement, experience and communications initiatives across the Corporate Operations Group and Macquarie globally.
• Partner closely with senior managers and product/service owners to deliver programs.
• Hands-on delivery of engagement initiatives and events and provide sound advisory input.
• Develop communications that connect people to strategy and culture and drive behavioural change
