Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to join a global team delivering strategic internal communications across channels. You will manage platforms, support campaigns, events and projects, and leverage reporting to improve effectiveness.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across a large, global financial services group in Sydney.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ of experience in internal communications or related field.
• Strong writing, editing and multimedia content creation skills.
• Experience administering communication platforms such as intranets, email platforms and collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and senior stakeholders across the business.

What role will you play?

In this role you will work alongside a global team of communications professionals to support the delivery of internal communications and initiatives across a range of channels and formats. You will manage communication platforms, support campaigns, events and projects, and use reporting and insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
