Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney is seeking a Culture, Engagement and Communications Advisor to contribute to the employee experience and tell the story of our culture across the Corporate Operations Group and globally.

You will partner with senior managers and product/service owners to deliver engagement initiatives and events, deliver advisory support on communications, and actively produce content for internal channels, with a focus on technology, workplace experience and people and culture programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting culture, engagement and communications programs, including producing impactful content (written and visual).
• A natural flair for creative ideas and execution, including experience in leveraging technology (including internal social platforms) to create fresh and innovative content for our people.
• An ability to leverage data, AI and technology to enhance innovation, output and efficiency in the communications, engagement and employee experience space
• Experience shaping impactful employee experiences, particularly in the areas of technology and tools; workplace experience; and/or people and culture programs, will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking, with a passion for words and creating communications which connect people to strategy and culture, and drive behavioural change
• You'll have a passion for learning, and be a self-starter, very well organised, with flexibility to adjust to fast-paced priorities.
