Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking an experienced internal communications specialist to join the Strategy, Governance & Change team within People and Culture. You will help connect transformation priorities to clear, audience-focused communications that enable adoption of change across the organisation.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to craft content for email, intranet and social channels, using insights to continuously improve engagement and outcomes for our global workforce.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, transformation communications or a related field.
• Strong experience developing and delivering communication plans and creating content across channels including email, intranet and enterprise social platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and produce clear, audience-focused content.
• Ability to use data, metrics and engagement insights to evaluate communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
