Kelsian Group is seeking an experienced Insights Lead to drive the development and delivery of enterprise-wide BI and analytics capabilities in Adelaide. Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading BI/analytics teams and delivering data-driven insights.
• Strong knowledge of BI architecture, dashboards, and data visualisation methodologies.
• Experience managing analytics initiatives through full development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or similar data programming language.
• Understanding of data governance, quality, security and standards.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the BI strategy, architecture, standards and governance.
• Oversee development of dashboards, reporting, and data visualisations delivering actionable insights.
• Build and mentor the Insights team with a focus on technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align reporting with priorities.
• Ensure data security, reliability and performance of BI platforms and services.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical analytics solutions.
• Manage resources, priorities and delivery against governance and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across analytics capabilities.
