Job summary

Enterprise Group Consulting in Sydney is looking for an experienced leader to head the Research Insights & Analytics function. The role will drive strategic planning, benchmarking, performance reporting, and analytics to support investment decisions and research excellence.

You will lead rankings, engage senior stakeholders, translate data into actionable insights, and partner with business leaders to drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading research analytics, rankings, benchmarking, or performance reporting functions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders.
• Experience using data and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Proven leadership experience managing analytics, insights, or reporting teams.
• Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks.

• Lead the research analytics and insights function, delivering meaningful reporting and insights.
• Provide advice and recommendations to senior leaders using data and research insights.
• Manage research rankings, benchmarking, performance reporting, and external assessments.

• Develop and improve reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and governance.
