Job summary

Babcock Australasia seeks an Analytics Developer to join our IT team in Adelaide. You will design, develop and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, SharePoint and Excel, translating business requirements into dashboards and reports to support safety, wellbeing, and performance goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, focusing on data quality, governance, and timely insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and platforms such as Microsoft BI Stack, Tableau, QlikView or Cognos.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain BI solutions to transform data into actionable insights.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports to support business performance, safety and wellbeing initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics solutions and ensure data governance.
