Job summary

FAAC Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager for Queensland, Australia, based in Loganholme. You will build and nurture relationships across commercial, industrial, and government sectors while identifying new opportunities and developing tailored proposals to meet client needs.

You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration, manage tender and quotation processes, and engage stakeholders from project managers to executives to drive sales success.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, building services, security, automation, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with consultants, architects, contractors, system integrators, end users, and decision-makers.
• Curiosity and technical mindset to understand customer requirements, interpret plans and specifications, and develop practical solutions.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to identify opportunities to create value for customers.
• The drive to learn, grow, and succeed in a business development environment, whether coming from a sales or technical background.
