Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking an Aircon Technical Support Specialist to lead technical support across residential, commercial, and DVM air conditioning products. You will analyze performance data, collaborate with Authorised Service Centres, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop and deliver technical training for repair engineers, service partners, and internal teams, ensuring service readiness for new product launches and maintaining high repair quality

Qualifications

• Experience in Air Conditioning, HVAC, DVM or electronics with technical support/service exposure.
• Strong fault diagnosis and repair methodology knowledge.
• Good communication and ability to train service partners and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for Samsung residential, commercial, and DVM AC products via phone and email.
• Analyse service KPIs and warranty data to drive improvement with ASCs.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for engineers and service partners.
• Monitor repair quality, investigate product issues, and prepare management reports.
• Support new product launches with testing and quality control reporting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support field operations.
• Investigate escalated issues and implement technical solutions with Head Office.
