Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Samsung air conditioning products via phone and email.
• Analyse service performance KPIs and warranty data with ASCs to drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver technical training for engineers and service partners.
• Monitor repair quality and prepare regular quality and management reports.
• Support product launches through testing and spare parts recommendations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for field operations.
• Investigate escalated issues with site visits and coordinate with Head Office on solutions.

We're seeking an Aircon Technical Support Specialist to join the team and help drive ongoing success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance across Samsung residential, commercial, and DVM air conditioning products, via phone and email.
• Analyse service performance KPIs and warranty data, identify trends and work closely with Authorised Service Centres (ASCs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for repair engineers, service partners and internal customer service teams to enhance technical capability and repair quality.
• Monitor repair quality outcomes, investigate product issues and prepare regular quality, performance and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Support new product launches through product testing, quality control reporting, spare parts recommendations and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure service readiness.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including service bulletins, troubleshooting guides and repair procedures to support field service operations.
• Investigate escalated product issues through testing, site visits and stakeholder engagement, while partnering with Head Office to implement technical solutions and drive operational improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Experience within the Air Conditioning, HVAC, DVM or broader electronics industry, ideally in a technical support, service, or field-based environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair methodologies and spare parts identification is essential.
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver technical training and support service partners, technicians and internal teams.
• Trade Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Air Conditioning, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics or a related technical discipline preferred.
