Job summary

CTM Group is seeking an experienced Group HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into people priorities across a global matrix. You’ll collaborate with Group Executives and regional HR leaders to shape organisation design, talent strategies and workforce planning.

You’ll guide employee relations, governance and change initiatives, using data to inform executive decisions and support CTM’s risk and governance frameworks. A bonus is leadership across communications and incentives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with strategic HRBP to C-suite or Executives.
• Experience in a global or multi-region, matrixed organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Proven track record leading organisational change, restructures or transformation.
• Ability to translate people data into practical recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience in internal/change communications and team leadership.
• Excellent communication across cultures and time zones with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Executive partnership: advise Group Executives on people priorities.
• Organisation design and talent: lead org design, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession.
• Coordinate global and regional HR initiatives with CoEs to ensure consistency.
• Manage complex employee relations and governance aligning with policy and law.
• Lead people aspects of restructures, acquisitions and transformation with data insights.
• Advise on remuneration and incentives and support internal communications.
