Future Secure AI is hiring for a Payroll & HR Operations specialist to own ANZ payroll data, Deel records, and core HR data across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work with our external payroll vendor to manage the monthly pay run and keep accurate documentation.

You’ll report to the Senior Director, People and Culture and partner with HRBPs, Finance and the wider business. The role requires 5+ years in payroll administration and hands-on experience with Deel or similar HRIS, with strong data

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in payroll administration, HR systems or HR operations in AU/NZ
• Hands-on experience with Deel or a comparable HRIS and payroll platform
• Experience running a monthly payroll cycle with an outsourced payroll vendor
• Knowledge of AU and NZ payroll and employment basics including PAYG, superannuation, KiwiSaver, and leave entitlements
• Methodical data entry and reconciliation with strong attention to detail
• Organised and process-driven with a habit of spotting data issues and improvements
• Clear, professional writing with HR documentation experience
• Service mindset with discretion for confidential information
• Ability to meet firm monthly deadlines while juggling priorities

Aufgaben

• Manage payroll inputs for new starters, terminations, pay changes, leave and other variations
• Partner with our payroll vendor for AU and NZ pay runs including input files, queries and output validation
• Reconcile data before submission and review post-payroll reports
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes including superannuation, PAYG, KiwiSaver and leave liability
• Own core HR data in Deel and run regular audits across connected systems
• Prepare HR data and reports for the business and HRBPs
• Produce employment contracts and other HR letters and maintain template library
• Be the first point of contact for payroll, leave and Deel queries with discretion
• Support payroll audits and maintain records per AU/NZ requirements
