Job summary

Quantium is seeking a Senior HR Operations Officer based in Sydney to support the employee lifecycle, case management, and People & Culture service delivery. You will collaborate with our India-based People Experience team and cross-functional partners in IT, Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

You will own case management, handle high-volume lifecycle requests, and drive process improvements using AI tools, while guiding a team of Coordinators and applying

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR operations handling end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with a case management tool (ideally JIRA)
• Exposure to process automation and document management tools
• Knowledge of employment legislation and P&C best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders across geographies
• Experience in a global matrix organisation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of the JIRA case management system
• Handle high volume employee lifecycle requests (onboarding, leave, mobility, offboarding)
• Drive process improvement and root-cause analyses for recurring issues
• Organise and support Coordinators, guiding ticket handling and processes
• Provide policy interpretation and practical application of P&C policies
• Support compliance activities including audits and ad hoc reporting
