Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking an HR Advisor to support employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand within a global organisation. This role develops generalist HR expertise and partners with managers across the lifecycle.

You will work with ServiceNow, support onboarding, changes, performance matters and HR documentation, while contributing to HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Hybrid Sydney CBD with potential for remote work after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HRAdvisor/HR Coordinator/HR Officer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and employment legislation.
• Experience partnering with employees and managers across lifecycle.
• Proactive, organised and detail‑oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and practical HR advice and support to employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage HR enquiries through ServiceNow, delivering high‑quality customer service and issue resolution.
• Support onboarding, probation, changes, performance matters and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation in line with policies and legislation.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Partner with managers on policy interpretation, employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Contribute to HR projects, compliance activities, reporting and continuous improvement.
