Job summary

Arkeus is seeking a high-impact VP Growth to own its commercial footprint and multi-million-dollar pipeline in the US DoD and allied markets. You will lead US-wide growth, align Australia leadership with US teams, and drive strategic wins with senior stakeholders across defense and civil security sectors.

You will mentor Growth, Customer Success and Integration teams, translating GTM strategies into scalable contracts, while elevating Arkeus as the default perception standard for autonomous

Qualifications

• Senior-level commercial leadership experience (VP Growth/Head of Federal/Chief Commercial Officer).
• Proven track record selling hardware-software integrated capabilities to government clients.
• Experience launching in international markets, esp. US and allied defence sectors.
• Ability to write and execute strategic playbooks in complex, fast-moving tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Build US Growth Org: recruit, scale, and lead a US-focused growth team.
• Drive global revenue scaling across international markets and defence sectors.
• Expand international growth in key markets and partnerships.
• Expand commercial integrations with drone, USV, aerospace manufacturers.
• Navigate federal procurement cycles, proposals, and evaluations.
