Job summary

Aje requires a Head of Digital Performance & Growth to scale customer acquisition and revenue for Aje, Studio and Athletica. You will own paid growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates and emerging channels, guiding budget decisions and testing for profitability.

You will lead three-brand growth with an international expansion plan for the USA and ROW, developing a robust measurement stack that includes incrementality testing and ROI-focused strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance marketing and growth, with a track record of scaling paid social and search spend profitably.
• Hands-on experience in a fast-moving retail, fashion or DTC business trading daily against forecast.
• Proven creative-led growth: built or run a testing programme and can explain why concepts scaled and others did not.
• Has managed multiple brands or markets at once and can prioritise under pressure.
• Has launched or scaled paid growth in the USA or other international markets.
• Comfortable running growth on contribution margin, MER and payback, and able to justify spend above a standing CoS% target.
• Has led teams, managed a P&L and owned a budget at scale.
• Highly data-literate, with experience in incrementality testing or modelled attribution.
• Clear commercial communicator who influences at every level, from creative to the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid growth plan across Meta, TikTok, Google, affiliates, creators and emerging channels for all three brands.
• Run growth on contribution margin after returns, new customer volume, MER, blended CAC and payback by cohort, with CoS% as guardrail.
• Build a measurement stack that goes beyond platform ROAS with incrementality and testing.
• Forecast and report on digital revenue and spend against COF and target, daily and weekly.
• Own the relevant digital P&L lines and seek efficiencies without capping growth.
• Own the creative testing engine with hypothesis-led briefs and rapid iteration on winners.
• Build a modular creative system across hooks, formats, UGC, creator content, product-led video and static.
• Understand scaling economics: spend per concept, fatigue curves, audience saturation and returns.
• Feed learnings back to Brand, Design and Merchandising to inform decisions.
• Direct marketing investment behind high-margin products with proven performance.
