Epiroc is seeking a Product Category Manager – Services in Brisbane to lead the GET Services portfolio, shaping strategy and a global service offering. You’ll work across Product Management, Sales, Operations, Engineering and regional teams to craft valuable service concepts and scalable implementations.

You will identify customer needs, create new service propositions, and define pricing models while collaborating to deliver a differentiated, commercially successful portfolio globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, services, aftermarket, industrial equipment or a related environment
• Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and lifecycle value
• Commercial acumen and ability to turn ideas into compelling business propositions
• Experience developing new products, services or commercial offers
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Responsabilités

• Define the global Services portfolio, strategy and roadmap.
• Identify unmet customer needs and turn them into new service propositions.
• Build services around training, technical support, commissioning, inspections, optimisation, lifecycle services.
• Develop service value propositions, pricing models and commercialisation strategies.
• Define the customer experience and service model for each offer.
• Identify opportunities for recurring & lifecycle revenue beyond initial sale.
• Develop tools and collateral to help regional teams sell services.
• Translate concepts into scalable global standards and frameworks.
• Partner with regional teams to test and launch new offers.
• Use data to decide what to start, improve, scale or stop.
