Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects or programs, ideally within technology, operations or industrial environments.
• Ability to work with technical, operational and business teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects across the Technology Development portfolio with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
• Create clarity when projects are complex or ambiguous and keep delivery on track.
• Bring people together around a common outcome and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Spot risks early and address roadblocks pragmatically while maintaining the bigger picture.
• Balance project discipline with practical delivery and ownership of outcomes.
