Moir Group is seeking a Head of FP&A – Commercial & Strategy Focus to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting and performance reporting. You will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable financial plans, driving value creation and strategic decision-making across multiple business lines.

The role offers significant exposure to the executive team, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on delivering high-impact commercial insights beyond traditional FP&A.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking with strong business partnering capability.
• Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning and rolling forecasts across the organisation.
• Deliver integrated three-way financial models.
• Drive enterprise-wide performance reporting, KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial insights and strategic analysis.
• Support business cases, growth initiatives, and strategic investment decisions.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements across the business.
• Lead continuous improvement across planning, reporting and finance systems.
• Build strong relationships across finance and operations to drive accountability.
