Menzies Aviation in Sydney is seeking a Flight Clerk to coordinate the movement of domestic and international freight, ensuring compliance with airline, customs, quarantine, safety and airport regulations. You will manage documentation, invoicing, reporting and freight coordination activities.

The role requires delivering accurate information to customers, working with minimal supervision, maintaining a strong safety culture, and using internal systems to plan schedules and complete daily tasks

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with airline systems and import/export procedures.
• Dangerous goods awareness certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a strong safety culture within the workplace driving OH&S awareness.
• Work without direct supervision.
• Ensure that productivity and performance criteria are met in the designated area of responsibility, including completion or regular performance assessment reports.
• Ascertain daily work schedules and allocate specific tasks to meet daily work objectives in a designated group.
• Carry out various administrative functions and reporting duties, plus demonstrate good computer and communication skills.
